Delivery price stated on main page £4.16 to republic of Ireland, and 12€ on checkout fantasic conversion rate. Last time I'll be using petconnection.

Shipping was awful..no shipping info until 8 days.. evri had it for 4 days.

Took ages and not what was advertised.

It took over two weeks for the order to arrive which was outrages, when a courier lets you down like this ie EVRI then you should look for a new courier,

When the item eventually arrived, the box was badly damaged and the biscuit and bone boxes were crushed so No I was not happy at all.

However, your customer service agent did his best to try and help,.

Received, great product.

Alternatives sent. No customer service as to why. Seems like a waste of money. Money I can’t afford to waste in the current climate.

Ordered on 21/12/21 .

Still haven’t received this order, had to drive (15 miles round trip) just to collect as I had run out of dog food, only had one Christmas treat left in the store.

I don’t know where it happened, whether shipping to me or manufacturer to Pet Connection, but the bags are full of broken treats.

I didn’t have any interaction with Customer Service. The one star is in lieu of a N/A.

Just remembered, the bags came in a bubblewrap envelope, maybe this wasn’t the best medium for biscuits.

One bottle arrived open and leaked half of the fluid over over the other bottles.

No update on whether it was dispatched or not yet. Only when it was coming on the day. They weren’t any help as no one answering the customer service line. Still arrived but issue is if you do t know it’s coming, and it’s taken 8 days to arrive, what will you do? Wait around or try and shift your dog to a different food?

Doesn't do shipping immediately. No confirmation email about shipping. No live tracking for delivery even i have an account with petconnection and there's delivery info section. I have received the good over a week but it is still saying my order is in progress.

Never received the dog food as my Hermes had the parcel for for over 10days without delivery. Rubbish shipping!
However customer service was brilliant and offered a full refund which was paid straight away .
I feel you need to find another company that can be trusted to deliver on time .

Hi received my order on time ,the reason for 1star shipping was because box was scrunched and all contests were buckled and squashed . But tins not broken open .

I really don't know what to say I have had no indication to say that this order has been shipped or delivered or anything, very disappointing and puts me off doing it again which is a shame.

I gave an honest review you obviously dont want a truthful one as you wouldn't reject it, what's the point in asking if you want me to lie???

Shipping was easy and arrived on time.

Everything you did was fine. Just very unimpressed & frustrated by performance of Hermes tracking system.

I have ordered the same product three times in a row over the past two months. The food itself seems to be appetising enough, although the odour left in the litter trays is appalling. Besides that, I like the product.

Unfortunately the delivery leaves much to be desired. On two occasions I've had to phone the warehouse to enquire about my order. On both occasions I was put on hold while the orders were located and on both occasions I was told that it "should have been delivered already"

From what I could see on the website it was not apparent this item was no longer available/ or had been discontinued; however, did get a very prompt refund.
