Brilliant customer service the man on the phone was courteous and very helpful.

Was late with delivery but hopefully will arrive on time next time the driver was very polite.

Quick dispatch reasonable price. Liked discount for multiple items. One item had less a lot oats in, customer service was great, quick to respond and with helpful suggestions to resolve the problem.

Pet Connection have excellent products and excellent Customer Service. My Robin feeder item arrived damaged, most likely due to the delivery company being too rough with the parcel. As soon as I contacted Pet Connection and sent them photos of the damage they immediately offered me a refund or replacement. The new item arrived quickly using Royal Mail and I am delighted with it. Thankyou Pet Connection. 5 stars and highly recommended.

The company was excellent, unfortunately Evri delay in delivery let it down.

German Sheppard destroyed the first one in less than a week. May be because I left the lid loose.
Second one is fairing much better dog is still chewing the lid but if I can get six months I will be happy.
My dog will destroy most dog toys in a matter of hours. She does have the the power to totally devour a cows thigh bone.
