Christmas Update! Click & Collect will be available between the 28th and 31st December. Following this, Click & Collect will resume as normal on 2nd January.

Ordering Online for Click & Collect

1. Shop online as normal, choose your products and place them in your basket

2. When you get to checkout, you will be asked to confirm your shipping address

3. Your billing address is automatically chosen - no need to do anything

4. The next page brings you to a choice of delivery options including 'Store Collection'

5. Choose 'Store Collection Dublin Road' or 'Store Collection Rathfriland Road' depending on which location is convenient for you. 

6. Choose which time suits you best.

If a product you regularly buy from us is not currently on our website, please contact us and we will get the product added as soon as possible.

If a product is not in stock, we may ring you to ask if you would prefer a substitution. 


Ordering by Phone for Store Collection


To place an order by telephone, please call our Dublin Road store on 028 30834858. This phone line is available for Click & Collect orders from 9am until 5pm, Monday - Saturday, and 1pm until 5pm on Sunday.

1. If you know what products you want to purchase, please ensure you have the following details:

  • Brand
  • Size
  • Flavour 
  • Version e.g. small bite etc. 

If you can see the product on our website, it may be useful to note the code. 

If you click on the following link, it will bring you to the listing for Anco Naturals Dog Treat Turkey Wings. You will see the code underneath the title in the listing (Code: 13041)

If you quote 13041 to the person on the phone, they should be able to find it on the system easily and add it to your sales order. 

The code may also contain letters e.g. PCGRAINFREE--JGF2

2. If our member of staff can't give you the price for the order immediately, they will phone you back for payment. 

3. Let us know when you intend to collect your order and which location is more convenient for you.

Dublin Road Store Pick Up Times

Monday - Saturday: 1pm - 6pm

Sunday: 1pm - 5pm

Rathfriland Road Warehouse Pick Up Times

Monday - Friday: 1pm - 5pm

  Saturday & Sunday: Closed, no collection slots available. 

What to do when you arrive in the car park

On arrival into the car park, please ring the appropriate number:

Dublin Road store 028 30834858 (if you're in the Dublin Road car park)

Rathfriland Road Warehouse 028 30833442 (if you're in the Rathfriland Road car park)

As our phones are busy we may not answer immediately, please keep trying, you will eventually get through.

Give your name and the colour and make of your car.

A member of staff will carry your order out and place it in the boot of your car. 

Please ensure your boot can be opened, and it is not locked. 


All staff regularly wash their hands and use the provided hand sanitiser in the shop. All customers sanitise their hands upon entrance to the shop. This ensures any level of exposure is minimised. This is not enough however to guarantee the safety of a very high risk or vulnerable person. Please disinfect the goods when you get them home and wash your hands afterwards to minimise risk. 


Mistakes or Returns

As we streamline this process we realise there may be mistakes made occassionally, please forgive us and be patient with us. We can't anticipate how many staff we will have day to day. We have employed extra temporary staff to mitigate any shortages but our new staff are inexperienced and not as familiar with the products as our experienced staff are. 


Returns can be handled on a contactless basis. Simply phone us prior to coming to let us know a mistake has been made or you would like to return something. If you have your order number to hand, it will be easy for our staff to find it on the system. They will make whatever alterations are necessary and if a replacement is needed, a time will be arranged for you to come and do the exchange. Any discrepancy in price will be dealt with at this point electronically. 


When you get into the car park, phone the store and let them know your name and that you are leaving a return outside the door. 

A member of staff will take it in, disinfect the product and return to stock. If an exchange is needed, it will be brought to your car and put into your boot.  

If you are unable to drive up and collect your parcel, please get in contact with a local volunteer group as they may have a volunteer available to pick your order up and deliver it to you.
