If at all possible, we urge you to consider using our free, local delivery service, Click & Collect or placing an order via telephone for collection, rather than doing your shopping instore.

However, if you do need to come in to the store, please observe the following rules:  

1. Only one adult at a time should be shopping.

2. Due to the requirement for close, prolonged contact during the sale of a live animal, we have stopped the sale of live animals and fish temporarily. 

3. If possible, please shop without children - please consider placing your order via telephone or using the Click & Collect function on our website if you are unable to attend the store without your children.

4. People displaying symptoms of Covid - 19 will be refused entry. Please stay at home and place an order for free, local delivery instead. If you are outside of our local delivery area, you can still place an order to be delivered via DPD.

5. A restriction on the number of customers in at any one time may be in place during busy periods. Please wait in your car and a member of staff will call you in when it's your turn.

6. Please sanitise hands, even if you have disposable gloves on, when you first enter the store. 

7.  The floor is marked out with tape to indicate distance people should be from other people, including staff. Please respect this distance as staff need to be able to feel as safe as it is possible to feel, considering the circumstances.

8. Please, for both your protection and for others, don't touch a product unless you are intending to purchase it. 

9. If you do cough or sneeze while in store, please make sure you do so into a tissue or your elbow. Try not to cough or sneeze in the direction of the products. 

Remember, our staff have to face the public every day and risk getting a potentially fatal virus themselves, or bringing it home to a vulnerable loved one. 

We commend them, along with all of the other essential workers, especially our healthcare workers for whom's lives  we all must do our best to stop the spread of Covid-19.

If any of our customers need assistance or advice on a particular issue they are having with their pet, please phone the shop on 028 30834858. Your name, number and problem will be recorded and the most experienced person available at the time will phone you back to see if they can help with your issue. You are also welcome to send us a message on Facebook and we will advise.

If you feel you can't use phone or click & collect as you have nobody to collect it for you, please contact us and we may have a resolution for you. We do have a free local delivery service.
