Northern Ireland: Deliveries within NI will not be affected by Brexit. We continue to offer free, local delivery on orders over £20 within the area marked on this page. Other options for our customers in this area include small item delivery by Royal Mail, and larger order delivery via DPD. We also offer a free click & collect service from our Rathfriland Road warehouse and Dublin Road store.
Republic of Ireland: Deliveries to the South of Ireland will not be affected by Brexit. Deliveries are still being made within a reasonable timeframe, but due to Covid-19 we would suggest you place your order a day or two earlier than you normally would, as some delays are out of our control. We suggest that all of our customers in ROI choose DPD as their delivery provider at this point in time. Those living close to our Dublin Road store are also welcome to use the free click & collect service, if we are within travel restrictions currently laid out for your area. There are no further charges to your order such as customs fees, your total price including shipping will be shown at checkout.
Mainland UK: Currently there are no changes to deliveries from NI to mainland UK due to Brexit. We are sending parcels via Royal Mail, DPD and MyHermes. For faster service, we recommend you choose DPD as your delivery provider. Deliveries are still being made within a reasonable timeframe, but due to Covid-19 we would suggest you place your order a day or two earlier than you normally would, as some delays are out of our control.
Rest of World: We are currently unable to ship international orders due to preparations for new customs requirements. We are working to resolve this as soon as possible.

As a result of Brexit, we are seeing shortages with a small selection of products. We are working everyday to source these products elsewhere, or to find the closest alternative for those who rely on them.
There are huge restrictions on orders coming to us from mainland UK, as many other businesses in NI are discovering. Our Brexit team are working tirelessly to mitigate any issues caused by temporary stock shortages and to get these products back on our shelves before your pet realises we were running low.
We are also exploring new ranges and will shortly be introducing these to you, we will make sure that no pet is left without the food, treats and toys they are used to.
For those stuggling to source their usual pet products due to mainland UK suppliers no longer allowing for direct retail provision to customers in NI, we will do our best to source the product you need. For these requests, please contact us via Facebook or email us and we will ensure you find a suitable product to meet your requirements.
