Ingredients: Valerian (Valeriana officinalis), Skullcap (Scutellaria laterifolia), Oats (Avena sativa), Passionflower (Passiflora incarnate), Wild Lettuce (Lactuca virosa), Jamaica Dogwood (Piscidia erythrina).

Valerian is a non-addictive, naturally powerful sedative and pain reliever which doesn't relax spasmodic nerves. The central nervous system is calmed and valerian has traditionally been used for all states of irritability and nervous anxiety.

Skullcap is a relaxing herbal remedy which has been used traditionally to reduce nervous tension and anxiety.

Oats have a special affinity with the nervous system, and in combination with valerian the effects of both herbs are enhanced.

Passionflower has a non-addictive, calming effect and has been traditionally used for sleeplessness, irritability and anxiety.

Wild Lettuce promotes restful sleep during times of hyperactivity, insomnia, anxiety, excitability or nervousness.

Jamaica Dogwood is a well known mild sedative and nerve relaxant.

Contra-indications: If in any doubt always consult your vet.

I use this product to help with my dog's epilepsy and to calm new rescue animals in the first few days they arrive. It is excellent and would highly recommend it to anyone (just make sure it won't interact with other meds as people sometimes underestimate herbal remedies and there are some powerful herbs in the mix here).
