1. Contents of the Gift Box

1.1. We reserve the right to change, substitute, or adjust the contents of the Christmas Charity Gift Box at any time and without prior notice.
1.2. Substitutions will only be made where necessary due to stock availability, supplier delays, or high seasonal demand.
1.3. Any substituted items will be of equal or greater quality and value.

2. Charity / Rescue Centre Nomination

2.1. Customers may nominate a UK- or Ireland-based cat rescue centre or registered animal charity to receive their purchased Gift Box by entering the details in the Special Instructions field on the cart page.
2.2. If no charity is nominated in the Special Instructions field, we will select a suitable rescue centre on your behalf.
2.3. If a nominated rescue centre is not located within the UK or Ireland, or if the information provided is incomplete, unclear, or incorrect, we reserve the right to redirect the Gift Box to an alternative eligible rescue of our choosing.

3. Delivery

3.1. We will cover the full cost of delivery to any qualifying rescue centre within the UK or Ireland.
3.2. Delivery times may vary during peak seasonal periods. We do not guarantee arrival dates, although we will make all reasonable efforts to ensure timely delivery.
3.3. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

4. Non-Refundable Product

4.1. The Christmas Charity Gift Box is a charitable product and therefore non-refundable once purchased.
4.2. As the box is shipped directly to a rescue centre, customers will not receive or inspect the items and accept that minor variations in content may occur.

5. Incorrect or Unsuccessful Deliveries

5.1. If delivery fails due to an error in the charity details provided by the customer, we reserve the right to:

• attempt delivery again where possible, or
• redirect the box to another UK or Ireland rescue centre.

5.2. We are not required to replace or refund Gift Boxes that cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete information supplied at checkout.

6. Use of Donations

6.1. By purchasing this product, you acknowledge that the Gift Box is intended as a donation to the nominated rescue centre and becomes the property of that rescue upon delivery.
6.2. The rescue centre may use, distribute, or manage the items at their discretion.

7. Fraud Prevention & Order Review

7.1. We reserve the right to review, refuse, or cancel any order that appears fraudulent, incomplete, or inconsistent with these Terms & Conditions.
7.2. In such cases, we may contact the customer for clarification before proceeding.

8. Changes to These Terms

8.1. We may update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time.
8.2. The version in effect at the time of purchase will apply to that transaction.

9. Bulk Donation Packaging

9.1. To support our Christmas Charity Donation Drive and reduce environmental waste, orders placed as donation items may be fulfilled using bulk-packaged quantities rather than individual pre-packaged units.

9.2. This means that: If multiple customers donate the same item (e.g. 300g of cat food per donation), we may supply the total combined weight from a larger bulk pack rather than individual small retail bags. The full value and weight donated will remain exactly as paid for and recorded. The only difference may be the format of packaging, which helps reduce waste and unnecessary material use. Example: If 8 people donate 300g of cat food each (totalling 2.4kg), we may provide a single 2.4kg allocation from a bulk bag rather than eight 300g packages.

9.3. By donating, you acknowledge and agree that: Equivalent value and weight of product will always be supplied. Packaging format may vary from advertised individual pack sizes. Larger consolidated packaging may be used where beneficial for sustainability, storage and distribution.This policy ensures donations go further, reduce packaging waste and help more pets in need.
