At the moment my order placed on the 14th March as off 28th March has not arrived yet, not do I have any shipping information regarding the second shipment as the first is apparently lost. I will reserve judgement but for now its a 2 from me.

I ordered the product and without any correspondence had the order cancelled and money refunded. I guess this is because the item was not in stock once the company checked.

Order was cancelled twice with poor excuses. First time the awuaroum was broken, then out of stock and finally they plainly say they did not want to ship aquariums. And that with aquariums mass.produced and ship to the UK from China. Never buy here it is the well known northern irish rudeness.

It is almost three weeks now since my order was shipped and I am still waiting for the package. Normally packages take around 10 days to reach me. Apparently, the package does not have a tracking number so it is impossible for me to even track the order.

Tablets still NOT arrived !
Weeks overdue despite me sending an urgent email nearly a week ago . Our 12 year old dog relies on these tablets to prevent his fits !!!

Absolutely Atrocious communication and customer service, took ages to send out, tried sending part of my order to one of their charities WITHOUT my consent Claiming I'd bought one of their charity items. Half of my order was missing. Won't ever shop with this awful company again. Shame there isn't an option for Zero stars. Absolutely Disgusting!! They list charity items with normal items so you end up paying for that item and its sent to their charity.

Not at all happy with the product how it was delivered! Twice now I have ordered a large amount and twice I have received the items all battered and mis shaped, it was not the delivery courier as the packaging was rubbish also as nothing seems to have held the product together. I emailed and all that was offered was free deliver on the next order or return the products and they will return the fees but LOOK INTO the issue to see IF I qualify for a refund. Not good enough.

I have’t received yet the mats but I received email request to leave feedback. I don’t think that’s right. Will change my rating about the product once I actually receive de goods and my dog will use them. Really appreciated if you could advise where are the goods I paid for.

We're really sorry that you weren't able to receive the products you ordered from us. Having looked at your order, the items you were looking for were Christmas products, which are unfortunately only available to pre-order and we cannot restock lines until next Christmas. It seems as though we had a delay in our stock levels updating which left you able to purchase a toy that we had already run out of, so our team offered you a refund as we were unable to fulfil your order.
