Came really well wrapped but unfortunately the disinfectant still leaked.
Other than that everything was fine.

Verry slow delivery.

The order process is fine, but the delivery by Evri is awful! Goods were damaged in transit and Evri just disposed of them without informing Pet Connection or myself. After waiting a week with no delivery and Evri tracking still showing "we have your goods" Evri suggestion was to contact the supplier. Contacted Pet Connection who checked with Evri to discover they had just disposed of damaged goods without telling anyone. PC Customer service apologised and resent another order.

Very happy with my order - delivered quickly too!!

I complained to customer service on 28/29 July 2023 via their contact form that one of these bowls was damaged. I have received NO RESPONSE from them so I am not very happy!

Gone very expensive the product and the shipping cost.

Products came packed nicely and bottle was taped to avoid leaking. Only problem was how long it took to come. It was ment to arrive on the 29th of June I got it 2 weeks later and had already ordered the same things off Amazon which came first. So I’ve just put these away for later as I now have double of everything.

Sometimes the tinned dog food are damaged would prefer if the delivery people and ware house where more careful. I did question your vat charges and i emailed, i did get a reply and you are looking in to this but it is disappointing as it is taking so long.

I’m not satisfied with your product very poor quality
But from big brands stuff like that not expected.

I was waiting almost 2 weeks for delivery but other than that everything was fine.

It took a while too come.

The order was fine but I found the cost of shipping had increased to a point where I doubt I will be able to continue as a customer. Thank you for your past service. You have always fulfilled my orders quickly and accurately. Marie Collins.

I was disappointed when I received the order. Website says you can choose colour of bottles - asked for yellow and blue - but sent purple and green. I colour code my hutches in case of any infections so I know I am quite specific.

Despite the above happening Petconnections have been very helpful in accepting my returns for a refund for which I am grateful and the other items on my order were absolutely fine and a good price.

Still waiting for these to arrive, can I get an update when they will please?

The products were all as expected, however the package was delivered to a neighbor whom I could only reach 3 days later. The package was cut open and content was spilling out. Not a great delivery experience.

Ordered on Sunday. Petconnection delivered to DPD first thing Monday morning and informed me.
Eventually delivered on Thursday ! I can order an item from someone like Amazon at 16-00 hrs and receive it the fo[lowing morning shipped from the UK.. Maybe some study is required on your use of DPD ?

Due to the weight of the biscuits some trays of the dog food burst open..should have been better packed.

Everything fine except delivered to a different address nearly 2km away and left outside front door by DPD. Not impressed with delivery!

Still waiting for a replacement tray due to the 1st one arriving damaged.

Disappointed that your delivery charge has gone from approx 5 euro to 9 euro a rise of 80%. Not sure if I will order online again 😕😕

Whilst I had no complaints with the actual items the box they arrived in was not robst enough to to contain the items, the six packs had broken free of the box and were scattered on my door step.

Good prices and well packaged. Delivery time was a lot longer due to royal mail being the only option.

The coats are great but I thought theyveere going direct to Street Paws.

Down. It would be nice however to see a sample of the dog food - a picture so that the customer can see what the content of the bad looks like.

Unfortunately, there was a delay with DPD . Howeverin the delivery of 2 bottles of water treatment.
However, your staff were very helpful getting DPD to fulfil the delivery. I think the staff were called Sabrina and Paul.

I didn't use shipping but once clicked, it won't unclick...
The product I purchased are top quality and certainly value for money. The staff were courteous and helpful at all times. I will be back... 😊

While I have no problem with the companies service, received the product quite quickly etc,the food is generally ok,my dogs like it,it is a bit of a concern when I find bits of wood and elastic bands in the food amongst other things as if floor sweepings are chucked in with it.
