There was a bit of a delay in delivery but only because they were waiting for more stock of one of my items. As a rule, never any problems and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

Having received my original order which was the wrong colour (an honest mistake),Brendan and his team could not have been more helpful in rectifying the situation, even suggesting I keep the wrong colour dog harness while they immediately posted the correct one!! 5 stars for Brendan’s customer service, will definitely use petconnection.ie again.

For the first time I had to email the company about delivery, i usually get more notification of when my order will arrive and I received a prompt reply to my enquiry which was good.This is the 2nd time that the dog food was open inside the black plastic wrapping. I emailed with a picture of the torn bag and as of yet I have received no acknowledgement of the email or my complaint which is disappointing.

Repeat order with this Company and can only Very Highly Recommend for ease of ordering and exceptional delivery service.

My delivery note had the correct name and address on it but the address on my package was non existent, thanks to DPD who phoned me to double check it was for me that I actually got my goods. This was my first time shopping with pet connection online I was a bit disappointed.

Both the plastic buckets containing the fat balls were badly damaged on arrival. They were just put into a large cardboard box without any protection. needless to say couriers throw this type of package about in the run up to Christmas. all I did was fill up my recycling bin with even more plastic. Contents however OK. Delivery times are very good and the product itself excellent.
