Excellent service.

Both the plastic buckets containing the fat balls were badly damaged on arrival. They were just put into a large cardboard box without any protection. needless to say couriers throw this type of package about in the run up to Christmas. all I did was fill up my recycling bin with even more plastic. Contents however OK. Delivery times are very good and the product itself excellent.

Really quick delivery and loved the items but they were unfortunately too big for my dogs which was my fault as I didn't measure them. Lovely quality so I've given them as Xmas presents to a friend with a bigger dog! Will definitely use this website again.

When my order arrived, one of the 12kg bags of dogfood had split in the box. I e-mailed petconnection just to let them know - not expecting anything to happen but they sent me on another 12kg of food complimentary. Their customer service is excellent and I will be ordering from them again.
