I shop in pet connection for all my animal needs. I find the staff extremely friendly and helpful.I use pet connection own brand food and my animals thrive on it. I wouldn't shop anywhere else.

The website is very easy to use and the choice is quite wide. I ordered a couple bags of food for the cats & dogs. It arrived very quickly, getting the email telling me the delivery time was a nice touch so I wouldn't miss the courier. Price is also very reasonable, including shipping. All around very happy.

Really good system. Think it’s great that they are supporting charities. I had to contact them to sort out a mistake I’d made in the ordering process and someone replied really quickly to confirm it was sorted. Will definitely shop with them again.

Had a problem where only half the order was originally delivered. However, a quick phone call resolved this and the remainder was delivered within a couple of days. Very good customer service and delivery. Would give them another chance and buy from again.

I live in ROI and ordered from this company believing they too were from ROI. After waiting for days I contacted to find out where my order is and see on the reply form the company were from UK (Northern Ireland). Not impressed as I ordered from what I believed to be a ROI company (as website was .ie) for speedy delivery.
