SHIPPING POLICY
1. SHIPPING DESTINATIONS
We currently offer shipping to all addresses within Ireland & UK. Please note that delivery to certain remote areas (e.g., Scottish Highlands, Channel Islands, or offshore islands in Ireland) may incur additional surcharges or slightly longer transit times.
2. PROCESSING TIMES

All orders are processed within 1 -3 business days unless there is a stock issue, in which case you will be notified by email.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
3. SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY ESTIMATES
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues or customs processing for cross-border shipments between the UK and EU.
4. SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
5. CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES
Pet Connection is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Note: For orders moving between the EU & UK, all VAT is handled at the point of sale to avoid surprise charges on delivery.
6. DAMAGES AND LOSS
Our Responsibility: In accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015, we are responsible for your goods until they are delivered to you. If you receive your order damaged, please contact us immediately at sales@petconnection.ie.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

We recommend taking a photo of the damaged packaging as evidence to speed up the resolution process.
7. INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS
We are not responsible for orders that are undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Please review your shipping details carefully before finalising your order. If an item is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping.
