Shipping policy

UK & Ireland Shipping:

We use Royal Mail, An Post and DPD to ship within Ireland & UK.  

Processing Times:

• All orders are processed within 1 -3 business days unless there is a stock issue, in which case you will be notified by email.

• Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

• If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking:

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Damages and Loss

Our Responsibility: In accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015, we are responsible for your goods until they are delivered to you. If you receive your order damaged, please contact us immediately at sales@petconnection.ie.

• Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

• We recommend taking a photo of the damaged packaging as evidence to speed up the resolution process.

Incorrect Shipping Address:

We are not responsible for orders that are undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Please review your shipping details carefully before finalising your order. If an item is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping.

EU Shipping

We now ship to 25+ countries across the European Union, including Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Spain, and Sweden.

Processing times: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation.

Estimated delivery times:

• Western EU (France, Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg, Germany, Austria): 3–7 business days
• Southern EU (Spain, Portugal, Italy, Greece, Cyprus, Malta): 5–10 business days
• Nordic & Baltic (Denmark, Finland, Sweden, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania): 5–10 business days
• Central & Eastern EU (Czech Republic, Poland, Slovakia, Hungary, Romania, Croatia): 5–10 business days

Shipping carriers: Orders under 2kg are shipped via An Post International Tracked. Orders over 2kg are shipped via DPD.ie Tracked. Tracking information will be emailed once your order has been dispatched.

Right of withdrawal: EU customers have the right to cancel their order within 14 days of receiving their goods without giving a reason. To exercise this right, please contact us at sales@petconnection.ie. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Customs & duties: All EU shipments are sent from Ireland, an EU member state, so no customs duties apply within the EU single market.
