Key Health Benefits & Behavioural Support

The "Excellence" formula utilises a powerful dual-pheromone approach to address both environmental stress and social tensions:

• F3 Feline Facial Pheromone Analogue: Mimics the natural pheromone cats leave behind when they rub their faces against furniture and people. It sends a continuous, reassuring message that the area is safe, drastically reducing anxiety-driven behaviours like vertical scratching and urine spraying.
• Maternal Appeasing Pheromone (MAP) Analogue: Replicates the soothing pheromone produced by a mother cat when nursing her kittens. This specifically helps promote bonding, reduces tension, and eases conflict in households with more than one cat.
• Separation Anxiety & Event Stress: Provides vital emotional support when cats are left alone or faced with loud, unsettling events like thunderstorms, fireworks, or large family gatherings.

Why Shop With Us? — Shipping & Customs Information

We provide transparent, seamless logistics to ensure your order arrives quickly and without administrative hassle.

• Fast Regional Dispatch: Daily dispatches across Ireland & UK with fully trackable premium courier services.
• Zero Tariffs or Duties: Because Northern Ireland continues to be treated as being within the EU single market for goods, all orders dispatched from our warehouse to customers in the UK or the EU are completely free from hidden tariffs, customs duties, or clearance fees.
• Exemption from EU Small-Parcel Charges: Under the EU customs rules targeting low-value imports under €150, standard non-EU parcels face a fixed €3 customs duty stacked on every single distinct item type within a parcel. Northern Ireland is entirely exempt from this regulation. When buying from us, EU customers will never face these multi-item stacked border fees or unexpected delivery charges.

Safe Usage Guidelines & Placement Instructions

To get the best possible results from your pheromone diffuser, strict placement guidelines must be followed:

The DOs:

• Plug the diffuser into a standard 230V wall socket in the room where your cat spends the majority of their time.
• Leave the diffuser switched on continuously, day and night, to ensure a stable build-up of pheromones in the room.
• Replace the liquid refill vial every 30 days.
• Replace the electrical plug-in unit itself every 6 months to ensure optimal heating performance and safety.

The DON'Ts:

• DO NOT use with a multi-socket extension lead, power strip, adaptor, or voltage converter.
• DO NOT plug in underneath any other electrical device, under low furniture, or beneath any object protruding from the wall (this blocks the pheromone vapour from rising).
• DO NOT place near open windows, drafts, doors, or direct heat sources, as this will disperse the pheromones too quickly and reduce efficacy.
• DO NOT mix brands. Never use a different brand's refill vial with a Beaphar plug-in, as they operate at different temperatures and doing so poses a severe fire risk.

Frequently Asked Questions

Should I turn the diffuser off when I leave the house or go to bed?

No. For the pheromones to work effectively, they need to build up and remain at a constant level within the room's atmosphere. Unplugging the device or turning it off overnight will disrupt this environment, and it will take several hours for the room to re-saturate once switched back on.

How long will one refill bottle last?

When left plugged in continuously as directed, one 30ml refill bottle will last for approximately 30 days. We recommend writing the date you plugged it in on the bottle's label as a handy reminder!

Are these pheromones safe for humans or dogs in the house?

Yes, absolutely. Pheromones are strictly species-specific. The Feline Facial Pheromone and Maternal Appeasing Pheromone will only be detected by cats. Humans, dogs, and other household pets will not smell or be affected by the diffuser in any way.
