Frequently Asked Questions

Is this lead suitable for a giant breed?

Absolutely. The "Extra Heavy" designation means this lead has been rigorously tested and is safe for controlling dogs weighing up to 75kg (165 lbs), making it ideal for breeds like Mastiffs, Great Danes, and Rottweilers.

Which length should I choose?

The 50cm length is excellent for keeping a large, tall dog close to your side in busy areas, providing maximum handler control. The 80cm length offers a little more freedom for the dog to sniff and explore while still maintaining a strong, heavy-duty connection.

Will the leather handle require maintenance?

European bridle leather is naturally robust and weather-resistant, but occasionally treating it with a quality leather conditioner will keep it supple, prevent cracking over time, and ensure it remains comfortable in your hand for years to come.
