Frequently Asked Questions

Can these treats replace my pet's normal hay?
No. While these stars are fibre-rich and made with over 50% meadow hay, they are complementary treats. Rabbits, guinea pigs, and other small herbivores still require constant, unrestricted access to suitable feeding hay.

Are these Christmas treats safe for chinchillas and degus?
Yes, Rosewood lists both chinchillas and degus as suitable species. However, because these animals have strict dietary requirements and sensitive digestive systems, treats containing ingredients like carrot, beetroot, and coconut should be offered very sparingly.

How many treats are in the pack?
Each pack contains three distinct 8cm stars, featuring three different natural toppings (Carrot & Beetroot, Coconut, and Cornflower).
