Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need to remove my reptile from the vivarium before cleaning?

Yes. You should always move your reptile or amphibian to a safe, secure holding container before spraying any cleaning products in their enclosure. Allow the surfaces to dry completely before returning your pet to their habitat.

Can I use this on a wooden vivarium without damaging it?

Yes, this gentle formula is perfectly safe for wiping down sealed wooden enclosures, as well as glass, acrylic, and plastic components.

Why is it important that it has no perfumes?

Reptiles and amphibians (especially frogs and salamanders, which absorb moisture through their skin) are incredibly sensitive to environmental chemicals. Artificial fragrances and dyes can cause severe respiratory irritation or skin issues, making an unscented, colour-free formula crucial for their long-term health.
