FAQs

How does the Gencon stop my dog from pulling? The two loops gently apply soft pressure to the muzzle and neck when the dog pulls forward, discouraging pulling naturally and effectively without harsh corrections.

Is it suitable for brachycephalic breeds? We do not recommend the use of head collars on extremely brachycephalic (flat-faced) breeds, as the lead must be able to fit comfortably around the dog's nose.

How do I choose between left-handed and right-handed options? Consider whether you prefer your dog to walk on your left or right-hand side during walks, as a slightly different configuration is used depending on your preference.
