Happy Pet String of Gingerbread Rope Dog Toy – 56cm

Bring some festive fun to your dog’s toy box with the Happy Pet String of Gingerbread Rope Dog Toy, a clever Christmas toy featuring three individual plush gingerbread characters that slide along a long rope.

Rather than being fixed permanently in one position, the three gingerbread toys can move along the rope, adding movement and variety as your dog grabs, carries and plays with the toy. Each gingerbread character is a slightly different size and has its own festive design, while the rope finishes with chunky tasselled ends.

The complete toy measures approximately 56cm long, with individual gingerbread characters measuring approximately 13cm, 14cm and 15cm.

Three Sliding Gingerbread Characters

What makes this toy particularly interesting is that the gingerbread characters aren't simply stitched into fixed positions.

Instead, the three plush toys slide along the rope, allowing their positions to change as the toy is moved and played with.

This creates more movement than a conventional fixed plush toy and gives your dog several different sections to investigate and grab.

Three Different Gingerbread Designs

Each gingerbread character has its own Christmas personality.

The trio includes festive details such as a bright crown, green scarf, Santa hat, bow tie, colourful buttons and piped icing-style decoration.

They also graduate slightly in size:

Small Gingerbread: Approx. 13cm
Medium Gingerbread: Approx. 14cm
Large Gingerbread: Approx. 15cm

Together, the three characters create an adorable string of festive gingerbread friends.

Plush & Rope in One Toy

Dogs who enjoy different textures get both soft plush and twisted rope in the same toy.

The rope passes through the gingerbread characters, allowing them to slide along it, and extends beyond the characters at either end.

Chunky tasselled ends provide additional places for dogs to pick up and carry the toy.

Great for Christmas Play

At 56cm long, there's plenty of toy for dogs to get hold of.

Dogs can grab one of the plush gingerbread characters, pick the toy up by the rope or enjoy the extra movement created as the characters slide along the rope.

It's particularly suited to carrying, shaking and supervised interactive games.

A Brilliant Christmas Present for Dogs

Gingerbread is a classic part of Christmas, making this a lovely choice for a dog's Christmas present, festive hamper or December toy box.

And while the little characters may look like gingerbread biscuits, they're definitely for playing with rather than eating.

Frequently Asked Questions

How long is the Happy Pet String of Gingerbread Rope Dog Toy?

The complete toy measures approximately 56cm long.

How big are the individual gingerbread toys?

The three gingerbread characters are different sizes, measuring approximately 13cm, 14cm and 15cm.

Do the gingerbread toys move?

Yes. One of the most interesting features of this toy is that the gingerbread characters can slide along the rope rather than remaining fixed in one position.

How many gingerbread characters are included?

There are three plush gingerbread characters on the rope.

Are all three gingerbread characters identical?

No. They have different sizes and festive designs, with details including a crown, scarf, Santa hat and bow tie.

Is this a rope toy or a plush toy?

It's both. The design combines three soft plush gingerbread toys with a long rope, giving your dog different textures and shapes to explore.

Is it suitable for tugging?

The long rope construction can be used for gentle, supervised interactive games, but we wouldn't describe it as a heavy-duty tug toy.

Is it suitable for strong chewers?

This isn't a heavy-duty chew toy. Dogs who deliberately destroy plush or rope toys should be closely supervised.

Does it squeak?

A squeaker has not been confirmed, so we haven't described this product as a squeaky toy.

Important Safety Information

Always supervise your dog during play.

Because the gingerbread characters are designed to move along the rope, regularly inspect the complete toy to make sure the rope, characters and tasselled ends remain secure and in good condition.

Remove the toy if the rope becomes significantly frayed, the plush is torn or any stuffing or internal components become exposed.

Do not allow your dog to swallow rope fibres, fabric or stuffing.
