Due to the fine, free flowing nature of the blend, your garden feeders are less likely to become clogged. Perfect for attracting a very wide range of birds including Robins, Greenfinches, Great Tits, Siskins, Dunnocks, Chaffinches, House Sparrows, Wood Pigeons and Collared Doves.
The seed can be fed from the ground, from a Bird Table or from a Bird Seed Feeder for best hygiene practice.
We recommend feeding birds all year round, to aid their survival and allow you to enjoy watching them throughout the seasons - in Autumn/Winter food is scarce and in Spring/Summer it's important to provide a plentiful supply to allow them to nurture their young. Ensure water is available all year around in a suitable Water Dispenser for birds to drink and bathe, ensuring it is cleaned regularly and doesn't freeze in colder weather. Prevent bacterial build-up where birds feed by regularly cleaning with a Bird-Safe Disinfectant.

Our top tips for encouraging more birds to visit your garden:
- Consider providing clean, fresh drinking water alongside feeders. You can use a bird bath or a hanging Wild Bird Water Drinker to dispense the water. Providing a source of safe water not only encourages birds to spend more time in your garden, but also helps your local birds to survive, particularly through the Summer and Winter months, when other sources of water can dry up or freeze over and become inaccessible.
- If birds are visiting your feeders, consider continuing to provide food throughout the year.
